Shoulder Check
Shoulder Check is a powerful mental-health movement built within the hockey community, encouraging players, coaches, and families to Reach Out. Check In. Make Contact. It was born out of the mission of the #HT40 Foundation and honors the legacy of youth hockey player Hayden Thorsen, lost in 2022.
